Acceptable Use Policy

You may only upload, generate, or scrape content that you own or are authorized to use. In particular:

• Likeness and voice. Only create a Model from, or generate content using, the likeness or voice of a real person if you have that person’s explicit consent. Do not impersonate real people or create misleading “deepfake” content.
• Logos, trademarks, and media. Only upload or generate logos, brand assets, images, audio, and other media that you own or are licensed or otherwise permitted to use.
• Website scraping. Only import or scrape websites that you own or that you are clearly permitted to scrape. Do not use the Service to harvest content in violation of a site’s terms or applicable law.

You may not use the Service to create, upload, store, or distribute content that:

• Violates any law or regulation.
• Infringes or misappropriates anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or abusive.
• Is sexually explicit, depicts minors inappropriately, promotes violence, or exploits or harms any individual or group.
• Contains malware or is designed to harm or interfere with any system.

The Service is built to produce marketing content. You are responsible for making sure that content is truthful and not misleading. Do not generate or publish false claims, fake endorsements or testimonials, deceptive “before and after” results, or any advertising that would mislead consumers or violate consumer-protection or advertising laws.

When you run generated content as ads, you must comply with the policies of the platforms you use, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, and any other ad network or channel. IO2Labs does not guarantee that generated content will be approved by, or comply with the policies of, any third-party platform — that is your responsibility to verify before publishing.

You may not:

• Attempt to access, read, or modify another organization’s data, or otherwise defeat the platform’s tenant isolation.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its security or authentication measures, without our written permission.
• Circumvent usage limits or energy accounting, or use automated means to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, except where the law expressly permits it.

If you violate this policy, we may take action to protect the Service and other users — including removing content, suspending generation, and suspending or terminating your account, with or without notice depending on the severity. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. See our Terms of Service for more on suspension and termination.
